How Customers Opt In to Text Messages

Longview Services LLC sends service-related text messages only to customers who opt in. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

1. Website form
Customers enter their mobile number on our contact form and select an optional, unchecked checkbox agreeing to receive texts. A screenshot of the form is shown above. The live form is at longviewservicesllc.com/contact-us.

2. By phone
When scheduling a service request, our representative reads this script:
"Would you like to receive text messages from Longview Services LLC about scheduling and updates for this service request? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to receive service. Our Privacy Policy is at longviewservicesllc.com/privacy-policy and our Terms and Conditions are at longviewservicesllc.com/terms-and-conditions."
Texts are sent only after the customer agrees, and consent is recorded in the customer's service record.
